Ordering Policy

Every effort is made to fill orders as pictured; however, from time to time the product pictured may not be available. We reserve the right to substitute or change any petals or containers of equal or greater value.

To be able to complete your order, we will need all fields at Checkout completed, including enclosure card information.

Once an order is completed, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Sales tax will be charged. We are in compliance with all State of Nebraska and local sales tax requirements. The applicable rate of 7% will be applied to all orders.

Every effort will be made to make same day delivery. To assure same day delivery, orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Saturday. No deliveries on Sunday. Your floral needs are important to us. There is no perfect on-line ordering system. From time to time exceptions must be made. Please call Petal Creations at 402-423-6500 if you need special assistance with delivering your order.

Delivery Policy

We will never leave a delivery on a porch, in the garage, etc… Someone must be available to receive the delivery.

In an effort to keep delivery fees reasonable, we will call the recipient to ensure delivery.

We will need the current phone number of the recipient.

Delivery to local hospitals and funeral homes is complimentary; however, you must call and order direct at 402-423-6500 to take advantage of this complimentary delivery.
